Celia is currently Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Cabrini University, having made the switch from the corporate world to higher education more than a decade ago. She started her higher education career at Columbia University Medical Center working for a national nonprofit health center. She went on to work in leadership roles at Fordham University, The Wharton School, and Lehigh University. Celia has managed everything from branding and enrollment marketing to event production and advancement communications with a focus on using data-backed decision to drive results.
Celia has her bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and master’s from Emerson College. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Organizational Development.
Alissa is Career Discovery and Personal Development Coach with a master’s degree in Social and Comparative Analysis in Education. She is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and certified in the Strong Interest Inventory® and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®. She has more than a decade of experience working in education at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, The Pennsylvania State University, and other institutions. During her tenure, she has coached individuals trying to figure out who they want to be when they “grow up.”
